Compliance with Nigerian Law

TPK Innovate Ltd (operating as Zoraco) is registered in Nigeria and fully complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 (NDPR).

  • We process all personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
  • Your data is stored securely and only for as long as necessary.
  • We do not appoint a separate Data Protection Officer at this time (permitted for small-scale controllers under NDPA guidelines), but our founder/CEO acts as the responsible person for data protection matters.
  • You have the full rights under NDPA: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
  • Any data breach that poses risk will be reported to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) within 72 hours.

Zoraco is operated from Nigeria and primarily governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). By using our service, users from other countries (including Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, etc.) consent to the transfer and processing of their data in Nigeria. We apply the same high standards of data protection to all users regardless of location, including rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

When And With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations: Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. Controls For Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
